Mohini earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she was involved with the Human Rights and Business Association, the Trial Advocacy Team, and the Board of Student Advisors. She graduated summa cum laude from Washington and Lee University with a B.A. in Global Politics and a minor in Poverty Studies.

Before founding Tangri Law Group, she practiced as a litigation associate at Burns Charest LLP. Tangri Law Group, under its earlier name, was accepted into Y Combinator to focus on increasing access to legal services, the first plaintiff-side law firm in the accelerator's history.

Mohini is licensed in TX and provisionally licensed in CO.
